Our Philosophy is guided by educator’s pedagogy and personal philosophies on early childhood development and the Early Years Learning Framework for Australia.
We have an experienced team of dynamic educators who are professionally trained and passionate about supporting early years learning and development through meaningful interactions, experiences and learning rich environments. Each child’s current knowledge, strengths, ideas, culture, abilities and interests are the foundation of our educational curriculum. Curriculum decision making contributes to each child’s learning and development outcomes in relation to their identity, connection with community, wellbeing, confidence as learners and effectiveness as communicators.
Research and studies show the early years of a child’s life is a period of rapid learning. We aim to support and extend upon children’s knowledge of the world with experiences that promote children’s sense of agency, allowing them to make choices, explore, create, imagine and discover all whilst learning and making friendships!
The quality of a child’s early learning experiences and environment has a profound impact on that child’s life opportunities and outcomes.
